Just like we all have a physical space at our homes we like to keep coming back to; why not create a space within ourselves that’s not dependent on anything external? We are all given uncountable breaths to weave our physical self and our spiritual self together. And when we are able to achieve that, is when we can feel our sacred space! I deeply urge you all to come, experience yourself, explore your inner space – where you can truly find your peace, joy, and bliss within – through the practice of Yog.

I welcome you all to “My Sacred Space” – which will help you take an inward journey to holistic wellness (working on your mind, body and soul) with the practice of Yog.

About

An engineering degree in Computers Science and after a long stint in a Corporate job, while simultaneously practising Yoga, I found my calling in learning about and teaching Yoga, in exploring depths of my inner self through Meditation, in expressing about the need for holistic Wellness than focusing merely on physical fitness. I love to teach Yoga and talk about Wellness; write and inspire through my posts and small nuggets of information.

I love connecting and interacting with people and inspire them to take care of themselves. My vision is to reach to as many people as I can and leave everyone I meet with a sparkle of kindness, peace and love.

My Journey of Becoming a Yoga Practitioner Cum Instructor :
I started practicing Yog with a keen interest in the year 2007 and this is my journey since then into becoming a prolific Yoga practitioner cum instructor.

Meditation

Our body becomes better with movement but mind becomes better with stillness.

Meditating and working on your mind is as important as working on your physical fitness everyday or in fact more important than working merely on your physical fitness.

Meditation sessions calm your body and mind at a deeper level and recharge and rejuvenate you to take on your daily work and responsibilities with more rigour.

Even though Meditation as a modality is an integral part of Yog and the two cannot be separated, Meditation sessions (25-30 minutes) are planned and executed as a separate entity for groups and Corporates.
